VALENTINE’S DAY MAKEUP

Hello lovelies, I hope you’re having a great week. As Valentine’s Day is coming up, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to do a Valentine’s themed post. I’ve seen so many red and pink themed makeup looks lately that I was feeling inspired to share with you my top picks for Valentine’s Day!

Makeup Geek single eyeshadow in Cupcake

This eyeshadow is a really nice shade of pink that is surprisingly quite wearable. It looks great blended out in the crease to add a touch of pink to any look. Very appropriate for Valentine’s Day!

L’oreal Infallible Eyeshadow in Pink Sapphire

I am a big fan of the L’oreal Infallible Eyeshadow pigments and this is definitely one of my favourites. Pink Sapphire is a beautiful pink-champaigne colour that looks great applied all over the lid. It’s highly pigmented and has a really nice sheen to it.

Too Faced Sweetheart Blush in Candy Glow

I couldn’t go past this blush for a Valentine’s themed post! The packaging is obviously super cute and this blush adds the most gorgeous glowy flush to your cheeks.

The Balm Cindy-Lou Manizer

I feel like this product often gets forgotten but I love it just as much as the extremely popular Mary-Lou Manizer. The pink tones make for a glowy blush or a beautiful highlight. This is perfect for a pink themed Valentine’s Day look.

Essence XXXL Longlasting Lipgloss Matt Effect in Silky Red

You can’t go past a good red lip for Valentine’s Day! I love this one because it is super red and dries down to a nice, semi-matte finish.

Maybelline Color Elixir in Fuchsia Florurish

If a red lip isn’t your thing, than you can always go with a more pink lip. This lipgloss is very pigmented but you can sheer it out for a more subtle tinge of colour on the lips.
