MCARTHUR SKINCARE REVIEW

Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog! Today I want to share with you my experience with McArthur Skincare products. I was lucky enough to be contacted by their lovely team and sent some products to try out.

McArthur Skincare make a range of skin, hair and body products that are all free from parabens and petrochemicals, as well as having no added sulphates. They also do not test on animals. I have been really trying to use natural products on my skin and hair lately so I was very excited to try some of these products out!

All McArthur Skincare products contain different percentages of pawpaw extract. I had never used skincare containing pawpaw extract before so I was looking forward to giving these a go.

Replenishing Shampoo and Conditioner

I have just recently cut my hair and have been really careful with what products I use as I want to keep it as healthy as possible. These hair care products from McArthur are exactly what I was looking for, products that are kind to your hair! After using these two in conjunction for a couple of weeks, my hair has been feeling so soft and just looks so healthy. I was really impressed with how these performed.

 

Foaming Facial Cleanser

I haven’t really been a fan of foaming cleansers as the ones I have tried before haven’t impressed me. I always find that the foam just disappears and they don’t do a very good job at cleaning my face. I was really happy to find that this one is very different! It was very foaming and did an excellent job at washing my makeup off. I also found it to be really hydrating and it left my skin feeling so fresh and soft.

Hydrating Facial Cream

I was very excited to try this product out as I have dry skin and it sounded like it would be perfect for me. It had the same lovely smell as the rest of the range due to the pawpaw. I found this cream to be incredibly hydrating and it made my skin feel very soft. I love that it kept my face hydrated all throughout the day as well!

 

Complete Skincare Cream

This cream contains 60% pawpaw extract, which is the most of any McArthur Skincare products. This cream is so hydrating and I loved using it on the really dry areas of my body. I get quite dry and irritated underarms after shaving and this cream worked wonders on re-hydrating that area and clearing up the irritation.

 

I have really enjoyed my experience with these products and can’t recommend them enough. I especially recommend them for people who have problems with dry skin as I found the whole range to be so lovely and hydrating!
